Kathryn Urquhart, program manager for consumer engagement, is helping manage our PlugStar EV dealer program. She comes to PIA with 10 years of experience focusing on the confluence of transportation policies, environmental policies, and adoption of renewable energy technologies.
Noah Barnes, membership manager, is focused on ensuring that we are meeting the needs of you, our supporters. He has been working in nonprofit development and communications for 15 years. He most recently served as membership manager at Grantmakers in the Arts, a national association of arts and culture funders.
Peter O’Connor, policy specialist, is promoting EV-friendly policies and programs in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. With more than 10 years of experience, Pete was a post-doctoral fellow at the Union of Concerned Scientists, researching how electric vehicles and renewable energy can work together on the grid.
Kylie Morgan, communications associate, is actively communicating with our followers on social media and coordinating the hundreds of National Drive Electric Week events across the country. She has a B.A. from the University of Southern California in Broadcast and Digital Journalism and is excited to advocate for EVs.
