Rosa is a senior program manager for Plug In America. In her role, she manages two national zero-emission transportation programs backed by the U.S. Department of Energy. She’s experienced in leading electric vehicle programs in partnership with electric utilities, software companies, and not-for-profit organizations. Rosa brings diverse program and project management experience, leading strategic communications, partnership development, and program implementation. She received a Master of Science in Sustainable Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology, and her graduate work consisted of climate change adaptation and clean vehicle technologies. She’s from Peru, speaks Spanish fluently, and lives in Southern California. Rosa is passionate about the intersection between zero-emission technologies and advancing the needs of underserved communities.
