As Director of Finance and Administration for Plug In America, Martha serves as the organization’s senior financial executive, providing strategic leadership and oversight for all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, procurement, award management, administration, contracts, compliance, and financial reporting. Other responsibilities include human resources management and administrative oversight of operational and IT activities. Prior to joining Plug In America, Martha’s previous work in the clean energy sector included a stint as Director of Administration at Cleantech San Diego. She also held positions as a Financial Manager and Budget and Administrative Analyst at UCLA, UC San Diego, and San Diego State University. You can find Martha enjoying her EV, a Honda Prologue. Her favorite place to visit with her EV is Yosemite National Park.
Martha holds degrees in biology, Near Eastern Studies, and epidemiology from UCLA.
