James Cruz provides logistical and administrative support to the PlugStar, EV Support, and programs teams. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from UC Berkeley and has worked in the nonprofit, government and private sectors. His varied career experiences and work with diverse communities has provided him a unique perspective, which he utilizes to effectively advocate for EVs.
Based in Covina, California, James is passionate about social and environmental justice, with switching to EVs a critical step in building a more sustainable future. In his free time, James loves to travel and soak up live music when he’s not playing the piano. Although he’s not the best cook, he enjoys trying out new recipes and sampling different types of cuisine.
