Andrew Wishnia is a partner at EpicWorks Advisors. He has served in both chambers on Capitol Hill, in multiple administrations, and as a political appointee as the first ever Deputy Assistant Secretary for Climate Policy in the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of the Secretary. He has also served in the U.S. House, U.S. Senate, White House, and Federal Highway Administration.
Andrew was a principal architect of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, including authoring, negotiating, and implementing the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure (CFI) and National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program provisions that total the largest federal investment of EV charging infrastructure in our nation’s history.
