Please review the Phase 1 nomination submitted and add any additional information you would like to provide. This is the time to ensure the nomination is as thorough as possible. This may include expanding answers to mention specific examples, anecdotes, and/or further evidence of impact, such as statistics, testimonials, or case studies that underscore the nominee’s achievements.
The Phase 2 selection rubric will include categories to guide the selection committee’s consideration of nominees. These categories focus on how nominees demonstrate the following:
- Innovation
- Leadership and/or mentorship
- Advocacy
- Social justice and/or sustainability practices
- Community impact
- Grassroots and/or scalable impact
- Advancement of and/or addressing critical gaps in the EV field/movement
Of course, it is not expected that nominees will demonstrate proficiency or action in all of these areas, but we recommend keeping these categories in mind when reviewing and adding to nomination submissions.
