Ingrid Fish

Ingrid Fish currently serves as the City of Portland’s Electric Vehicle Policy Lead. She is managing the City’s 2016 Electric Vehicle Strategy update process and coordinates with stakeholders to implement electric vehicle related Climate Action Plan and Electric Vehicle Strategy actions. Ingrid develops strategic policy direction to increase electric vehicle use, increase publically accessible electric vehicle infrastructure and decrease barriers to electric vehicle uptake. She participates in team efforts to apply an equity lens to climate action and climate preparation plans to ensure the actions support equitable community outcomes. Ingrid worked on a team to manage the 2015 Portland Climate Action Plan update process and develop the City’s first Climate Change Preparation Plan in 2014. Ingrid has thirteen years of experience working for the City of Portland.  Prior to working for the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, she worked for Portland Mayor Tom Potter and the City Budget Office.
