Colby is a hardware engineer at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. He began volunteering for Plug In America after being inspired by the movie Who Killed the Electric Car? in 2008. As IT Director, Colby oversees Plug In America’s online presence, including the website, monitoring online coverage of plug-in vehicles, and managing social media outlets.
