The 2017 Hyundai Ioniq Electric is an all-electric four-door sedan featuring a 124-mile all-electric range and fast charging capability.  The Ioniq Electric comes standard with a 28 kWh battery pack and an 88kW (118 horsepower, 218 lb-ft torque) electric motor that propels the Ioniq from zero to sixty in 10 seconds.  Inside, the Ioniq boasts 23.8 cubic feet of cargo space and room for five passengers, as well as Automatic Emergency Braking, Smart Cruise Control, and Lane Departure Warning standard.  Options include rear parking sensors, a navigation system with an 8-inch touchscreen display, wireless smart phone charging, Blue Link guidance package, and an Integrated Memory System for the driver’s seat.  The Ionic Electric starts at $29,500 before incentives, and comes standard with a lifetime battery warranty.  On a standard Level 2 charger, the Ioniq will recharge completely in 4 hours and 25 minutes.  Utilizing the CCS DC Fast Charger that comes standard on all Ioniq Electrics, the car can be recharged in just over half an hour.

    i am very interested, is there a release date yet? is there a waiting list ? I saw a clause about you cannot use it as an Uber driver but what if i have my own business, can i still use it?
